Wild West Bakery and Espresso has been a long-standing Breakfast and Lunch Cafe that Eagle residents have loved for many years! Back in 2017, it got a bit a flair added when an Italian family purchased the restaurant.

They wanted to keep all of the things Eagleites had come to love but wanted to add their own panache as well, so they incorporated what would become the wildly popular "Italian Night", where they share amazing family recipes that have been handed down for generations.
