My husband and I were first-time home buyers, and the process seemed so intimidating that we were going to push it off until next year. Thank goodness we found Kelley. She not only found us our dream house, but also got us in touch with a few lenders so we could have an accurate picture of what we were able to comfortably afford. She explained every step and was a continuous resource for all the questions we had. She made us feel like the only clients in the world and never made us feel dumb or annoying for asking her advice (and we did a lot of asking). She may have done her job too well because we will not be moving and therefore not needing her services again anytime soon. But someday, way down the road, she will be our first call when we are ready for the next house. All of this goes for her team as well. We interacted with a couple of members, and they were just as great. Cannot recommend enough."

When it was time to sign the contract, she provided closing statements early and promptly. She went through each page thoroughly and explained every detail as if she wrote it herself.
